Reopening Procedures
I never thought that i would need to use this information twice but here we go again!
WE RESTART 17TH MAY!!!
Classes will resume on Wednesday 2nd September 2020!!
There will be lots of different procedures in place unfortunately, but this is all done in order to keep everyone safe.
I have had a covid risk assessment carried out. I have also been to multiple seminars as well as completing courses to understand how to prevent the spread of infection. This has been done so that you can feel confident that your child will be learning in the safest environment possible.
Your childs' safety and well being is my utmost priority

- Parents will be asked to bring students ready dressed for class wherever possible this may mean getting ready in a vehicle, it's not ideal but it's the way things have to be at the moment, this will also limit the amount of surplus belongings being brought into the studio.
- Wherever possible I ask that parents don't enter the building, obviously with the tiny tots this isn't possible so parents will be allowed to enter.
- We will be running a one way system where possible to prevent a build up of students in the corridors. In Montgomery & Welshpool students will wait to enter through the front door where I will be waiting to greet them, they will then exit through the back (Montgomery) or side (Welshpool) door. Parents will need to be waiting at this alternative exit to collect their child, in Montgomery there may be changes to this system on a Wednesday when there may be multiple users in the hall but I will make those that this is relevant to aware of that when I have more information.
- There will be a hand sanitising station at the doorway into the main studio and will require all students to use this as they enter and exit.
- Students will not be required to wear face coverings as this is not a safe practice when exercising.
- Older students 12 years+ will be reminded to stay socially distanced from one another, however under 11's aren't required to socially distance themselves now, as set out by the welsh government, which makes things much easier however this could change again over time .
